The renewed Thymare continues to seek taste organizing the most successful thematic meetings, with common denominator of the imagination!

What happens when a favorite artist of Thessaloniki comes as Guest Chef to Thymare's kitchen to turn characteristic melodies into flavors?
Evi Siamanta selects four songs, for reasons she will explain to us, and Executive Chef Nick Diafas is inspired and transforms sound into delicious dishes, in ways and he will too share with us. Together they create an explosive set menu of 4 exquisite choices, having as reference the love of Evi for music and singing, but also the passion of Nikos to create original flavors that will be discussed.
And all these in an interactive event, where the fun does not stop at food. The soulful voice of Evi will dress at specific intervals, the four songs she chose, such as some other characteristic songs she loves.
The event will be held in the outdoor area of the restaurant above the pool of Makedonia Palace, with breathtaking views of Thermaikos and the backdrop the magic skyline
of the city/
